I’m excited to continue exploring this complexity and sharing insights on how thoughtful, people-first recruiting drives stronger teams and better outcomes.

My interpersonal skills show up everywhere—friends and family know I can’t go anywhere without making a new connection! I’m most excited about forming long-lasting working relationships and becoming a “first call” resource for my clients.
