I just started my new job today and I love iiitttttt! Working with Bill was a blast. He got back to me within hours of sending my resume and was an absolute ally throughout the hiring process. He let me know what to expect and advocated for me. He even got me a more generous package than I asked for initially (maybe it's gauche to talk about money, but, like, it was really awesome of him.) I thought it might be too good to be true, but the farm is a perfect fit for me. I found my dream job and I couldn't have done it without Bill and the Headhunters.

I was put into contact with Bill almost immediately after being laid off due to COVID, so when we first spoke I was feeling helpless, scared, and stressed. By the end of our first phone call, I felt hopeful and supported. He instantly went to work, helping me revise my resume and LinkedIn and keeping an open chain of communication with me via email, making sure I was involved in every step and that I knew he had my back. I don't have the most stellar resume out there, but he never judged. He didn't sugar coat it, but he never made me feel less-than. He very simply stated that we'd both have to work hard, but that we could it. He gave me tips on interviewing and online presence, he gave me recommendations on how to contact former employers and coworkers for letters of reference, and he gave me confidence that I was worthy of employment and would find a career I was passionate about one way or another. I truly cannot recommend his services more, he is invaluable!
